RELEASES · 17 OCTOBER 2026

Four apps, and where they stand.

A quick look at what you can try, what has changed, and what still needs work.

PhoneNAS: a newer Mac helper

The direct Mac helper is now 1.3, build 9, signed with Developer ID and notarized by Apple. It works with Intel and Apple silicon Macs. Android 1.0.5 has been submitted to Google Play’s closed-test review; the testing link remains the place to check availability.

P-CAM becomes PhoneMulticam

The name now says more about the job: several phones working as a camera setup. Mac 0.5.1, build 12, updates the Director’s preparation checks for iOS cameras.

It is still an early preview. Wi-Fi connection issues are being investigated, mixed-device recording needs physical testing, and Android project collection is not yet compatible with the Mac. Keep it to test shoots for now.

MindGallery reaches more devices

MindGallery Mac 1.15.25 (340) is now a direct beta download, signed with Developer ID and notarized by Apple. The iPhone/iPad build 1.15.21 (33508) has been uploaded for TestFlight and still needs an invitation. Android development is active, but the next Google Play release is not live yet.

The Mac beta requires macOS 13 or later, has Faces switched off, and expires on 31 December 2026. Features are still being brought into line across platforms.

PhoneDrop: keep the release set together

The distributed desktop versions remain Mac 1.0.5 and Windows 1.0.8. A coordinated security update is being tested, but its pairing and transfer changes need matching platform releases. Those changes are not in the current downloads.

A smaller, clearer website

The product pages now put downloads and testing limits closer to the top. The PhoneDrop and PhoneNAS screenshots take up less room. MindGallery and PhoneMulticam still have reserved spaces for the screenshots to come.
